RAYMOND C. HEMMIG
Ray Hemmig has over 30 years of experience in the management and operation of
retail and restaurant businesses. Since 1988 he has served as Chairman of ACE
Cash Express, Inc., the nation's largest operator of retail financial service stores.
Mr. Hemmig has also served in executive roles for Hickory Farms, JC Penney and
Grandy's Restaurants. He was a founding Partner of Hemmig & Martin, a retail and
restaurant consulting firm that served such clients as On The Border and Spaghetti
Warehouse. Mr. Hemmig is a past President and Director of the Dallas Restaurant Association.
Currently, Mr. Hemmig is an investor and board member of Restoration Hardware, Elizabeth Arden
Holdings and NASC Enterprises, dba America's Service Station.

J. ERIC LAWRENCE
Eric Lawrence is a former senior consultant with Arthur Andersen L.L.P. where he specialized
in the retail and restaurant industries and was responsible for a variety of financial and
operational consulting projects. Mr. Lawrence also served as Vice President of Strategic
Retail Ventures, Inc., a financial consulting and venture capital firm focusing on the retail
and restaurant industry. A licensed CPA, Mr. Lawrence is the youngest person ever to be licensed as
a Principal of a Small Business Investment Company. Mr. Lawrence is also a Director of
the Quizno's Corp.

JOSEPH L. HARBERG
A licensed attorney, Joe Harberg is a founding shareholder of The HarbergMasinter Company. HMC assists retail and restaurant clients with strategic real
estate planning, site selection, lease negotiation and portfolio management, serving the function of a complete "in-house" real estate department on an
"out-of-house" basis. Notable clients include: Restoration Hardware, Elizabeth Arden Red Door Salons, Waterford-Wedgwood, Dick's Last Resort and
Circuit City. Mr. Harberg also co-founded Strategic Retail Ventures, Inc. and served as Assistant to the President and Senior Leasing Representative for
The Sharper Image where he was involved in many aspects of the company's operations, including the initial public offering and subsequent 50-store
expansion. Mr. Harberg is presently a Director of The Art Store, Inc. and the Vice-President of the Southern Regional Association of SBIC.

RHONDA L. HISSEY
Joining the firm in July 1999, Ms. Hissey contributes additional analytical capabilities.
She is involved in analyzing investment proposals, performing due diligence and monitoring
the investment portfolio. Ms. Hissey, a licensed CPA, was formerly a senior auditor with
Arthur Andersen, L.L.P., where she provided assurance services, risk profile assessments,
and initial public offering assistance to multiple retail and restaurant companies.
Ms. Hissey graduated with highest honors from The University of Texas at Austin, where she
earned her BBA and MPA in Accounting.

Sunglass Hut International. Mr. Masinter also co-founded Strategic Retail Ventures, Inc.
